King Center Event Reservation

The King Center provides a reception area for faculty to have programs, conduct meetings and host special events. Events held in the King Center must be Washington University related. If you have any questions about this form or any services, please call 314-362-2774, Monday-Friday, between 8 and 4:30 p.m.

The fee above is for use of the room and not for any food or custodial service. All events events with food will incur an additional $75 Facilities charge for cleaning.

PLEASE NOTE LIBRARY AFTER HOURS POLICY: The Becker Medical Library is open to the general public Monday – Friday - 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Entry or reentry after 6:00p.m.and on weekends is limited to those bearing a valid WU, BJC or STLCOP ID badge or Becker Library Membership Card.
If your event is held after these regular business hours and you will have guests arriving after these hours you will need to have someone stationed at the main library door to facilitate their entrance (or re-entry) to the Medical Library. In order to make all of your guests feel welcome, please make the arrangements to accommodate any who do not have a valid WU, BJC or STLCOP ID badge prior to the date of your event. The Library evening/weekend staff will not be available to manage their entry/reentry to the Library.
