    Review Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM) mission and role regarding diversity and cultural awareness.
    Understand WUSM diversity data and available resources
    Understand how a diverse workplace impacts a faculty career, improves business opportunity and enhances the WUSM connection with our community.
    Learn about the BJH strategic plan for implementing cultural awareness and competency education
    Define strategies and tools needed to support cultural diversity at WU Medical Center.
