NOTE: Library-sponsored classes are free, however, failure to attend a Library-sponsored class without canceling within 24 hours of the class date will result in a $25.00 charge billed to your department. Check with your department administrator for an account number to use when registering. A bill will be sent ONLY if you do not attend the class and fail to cancel within 24 hours of the class date.
If you will be unable to attend a Vendor-sponsored class, call MSCITS at 362-2793 as soon as possible. Refunds will be made as follows:
Full Refund: Cancellation received 5 working days before class for preferred vendor courses
50% Refund: Cancellation received 3 working days before class for preferred vendor courses
No Refund: Failure to cancel or cancellation received less than 3 working days before class.
