Nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical assistants are generally needed for positions located in the numerous clinics throughout the Medical Center as well as some off-site locations. Normal clinical office setting with some exposure to infectious materials, toxic drugs, some moving, lifting and transferring of patients, considerable standing/walking and variable work schedule. Working knowledge of general nursing theory and practice with ability to recognize and interpret symptoms/conditions and ability to function in new and emergent situations. CPR certification required. Graduate of accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in the state of Missouri required with 1 year related experience preferred. |
