PROTECTIVE SERVICES - John Ursch (362-3909)
March 16, 2007

Shuttle Services will be Temporarily Detoured for the Metro Grade Crossing Project - Effective April 5 - 10, 2007

For the next several weeks we will experience street closings due to the Metro grading project. Taylor Avenue will be closed to both vehicles and pedestrians at the Metro tracks from April 5—April 10, 2007. Alternate routes would be McKinley, Euclid, Children’s Place and the Busch Lot. Newstead Avenue will be closed to both vehicles and pedestrians at the Metro tracks from April 19—April 24, 2007; additional information to come in the future regarding that closure. Boyle Avenue and Sarah Avenue will also be done in the following weeks. Use caution when navigating around the Campus.

Due to the Metro Grading Project, MetroLink will be running a single track from the CWE to Forest Park station on Saturday, April 7th and Sunday, April 8th only. Both eastbound and westbound riders will need to board on one side of the platform. Schedule delays should be minimal.

WUMC Shuttles will continue to travel their various routes with minor changes to the Blue and Purple TAB stop. TAB occupants should use the Blue Shuttle stops on the Busch Lot. However, there might be slight delays due to this street closure. For additional information, please call Jan Muraski at 747-0246 or Transportation at 362-6824.
